Our Team

At Bryce Avery Designs, we strive to incorporate a team atmosphere into our work. By using this approach, we analyze the needs of our clients and then draw on the individual strengths of our team members to produce the best results for our clients.

Tearza Martin earned undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree from Central Michigan University.  A former collegiate sprinter, Tearza was a 1996 Big Ten Champion in the 200m dash.  Though Tearza’s broad professional experience ranges from engineering to financial securities, her passion lies in service.  She manifests this passion by mentoring high school students and volunteering for and donating to programs for the underprivileged or underserved.  Bryce Avery Designs, LLC is an extension of this passion as it allows her to utilize her creativity, marketing, and her communication skills to assist large corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs, alike.

Arthur Martin earned an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.  He has worked in the automotive and aerospace industry for more than 16 years.  Over the years, Arthur developed a talent for graphic art design.  He utilizes his creative skills to produce “works of art” Bryce Avery Designs, LLC is an opportunity for him to share the knowledge and professionalism required in corporate marketing programs with a touch of his own creative flair.
